The instrument is fully hand-carved from highly figured Grade AA seasoned spruce and flamed curly maple, naturally dried for 4–5 years to promote tonal stability and responsiveness. This extended seasoning allows the plates to vibrate freely, producing a focused, mature sound that continues to develop with playing.

The Lorenzo features a Stradivarius-inspired graduation pattern, carefully balanced to enhance tonal clarity, dynamic range, and projection across all registers. A professional-quality hand-applied mixed spirit and oil varnish, shaded with a defined edge color pattern, adds both visual sophistication and acoustic flexibility.

Fitted with ebony pegs, a Guarneri-style chinrest, and a Wittner tailpiece with a single fine tuner, the Lorenzo reflects traditional setup preferences favored by advancing players. An Aubert No. 7 bridge is expertly fit to maximize response and tonal efficiency. Premium perlon-core strings are selected for warmth, complexity, and smooth bow response.
