Unlike fully laminated beginner cellos, the VC100 features a hand-carved solid spruce top and solid maple back, allowing the instrument to produce greater resonance and tonal depth. Laminated maple ribs add durability, making the VC100 especially well suited for students, school programs, private lessons, and everyday use.

Built on a traditional Stradivari pattern, the VC100 offers an even, balanced response across all four strings. Its genuine ebony fingerboard and pegs provide dependable performance, while the composite tailpiece with integrated fine tuners makes accurate tuning easier for developing musicians.

The cello is finished with a durable amber-brown high-gloss varnish and features genuine hand-inlaid purfling on the top. It comes strung with D’Addario Prelude cello strings, known for their stable pitch, clear response, and durability.

Finding the Correct Cello Size
