Thomastik-Infeld Alphayue Violin String Set (AL100) – 4/4, Medium

Alphayue brings Thomastik-Infeld's Vienna string making to a student-friendly price. The synthetic-core A, D and G strings respond quickly and play smoothly. They give a fuller, more colorful tone than all-steel student strings and hold up to daily practice and school use. Thomastik describes the sound as dark and powerful, and notes that the strings tune quickly and resist corrosion.

They're a smart choice for a student's first full-size violin, or an affordable way to give any violin a fresh, responsive sound.
