Atelier Fine Strings provides professionally prepared violin, viola, cello, and bass rentals for students and families throughout Stamford, with convenient pickup available at our nearby Cos Cob and Norwalk locations.
Our Cos Cob shop is just a short drive from Stamford, with an additional pickup location available in Norwalk.
Rental Program
Every rental instrument is professionally set up and inspected before it leaves our shop, so students start with an instrument that plays the way it should. Our rental-credit-toward-purchase program lets a portion of what you pay in rental fees go toward buying that instrument or a step-up model later:
- Violin & viola: credit builds over 2 years
- Cello: credit builds over 1 year
- Bass: credit builds over 6 months
Who We Serve
We serve Stamford’s young string players, as well as teachers and professional musicians!
Atelier Fine Strings works with families throughout Stamford whose children are beginning violin, viola, cello, or bass in elementary and middle school. We serve students from schools throughout the city, including Hart Elementary, Northeast Elementary, InTempo, Rogers International, Westover School, Strawberry Hill, and other Stamford-area school music programs.
