Repair-Related SMS Communications
Atelier for Fine Stringed Instruments may use SMS text messaging to communicate with customers regarding active repair services, including violin, viola, cello, bass, and bow repairs. These messages may include repair intake confirmations, repair status updates, estimate notifications, questions from our luthiers, appointment scheduling, pickup notifications, payment links, and customer support related to an active repair.
Customers consent to receive repair-related SMS messages when they provide their mobile phone number during a repair request, repair intake, estimate request, appointment request, or direct communication with Atelier for Fine Stringed Instruments staff. Message frequency varies depending on the repair. Message and data rates may apply.
Customers may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS messages may limit our ability to provide repair updates by text, but customers may still contact us by phone or email for repair information.
Atelier for Fine Stringed Instruments does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide and operate our text messaging program, such as with SMS platform providers acting on our behalf.
