Booking Information

• Advance Notice: Please book at least 4 days in advance so that our specialists can prepare a curated selection of instruments for your visit.

• Consultation Fee: A $50.00 booking fee is required, which is fully refunded when you attend your appointment—regardless of whether you purchase.

• Cancellation Policy: The booking fee becomes non-refundable if you miss your scheduled appointment without notice.
