Service Description
Private Instrument Purchase Consultations offer personalized guidance to help you select the perfect instrument from our fine collection. During the appointment, you'll receive expert advice tailored to your musical needs and preferences, ensuring a thoughtful and informed purchase decision. We require bookings at least 4 days in advance to ensure proper preparation and availability of our specialists. The $50.00 booking fee is fully refunded when you attend your consultation, even if you don't make a purchase. However, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, the fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Missed or Late Appointment Policy Missed Appointments (No-Show): If you do not attend your scheduled Private Instrument Purchase Consultation without prior notice, the $50.00 booking fee is non-refundable. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid losing the fee. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to shorten your consultation time or reschedule depending on availability. Please call ahead if you know you will be late. The booking fee remains non-refundable in case of a shortened or rescheduled appointment. Our goal is to provide the best experience for each customer, so we appreciate your punctuality!
